Returns & Refunds
I want you to be pleased with your book. I make every effort to describe the books correctly, with all significant flaws noted. See my condition grading standards for details on how I describe condition. However, it is possible for me to make an error.
When I accept returns
I accept returns if an item was significantly misrepresented in the listing, if I sent the wrong book, or if there is damage that was not described, or occurs during shipping. In those cases I provide a full refund, and pay return shipping as well.
I will accept a return for buyer's remorse; however, the buyer must pay return shipping, and the item must be returned in the same condition as sent.
How to start a return
Contact me as soon as possible after receiving the book. You can reach me through the contact page or by emailing books@irolitabooks.com. Describe the problem and I'll sort it out with you. The book must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please be sure to package the book securely with protective packaging.
Non-delivery
If your order hasn't arrived, contact me within 60 days of your order date and I'll look into it. All shipments are tracked and insured. International shipments can take longer than expected, so I ask that you allow reasonable time before assuming the package is lost.
Refunds
Once a return is received and confirmed, I issue a full refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
