Books can be ordered through AbeBooks or Biblio, or directly through this site. Buyers who order directly through this site receive a discount compared to marketplace prices. Canadian customers can pay via e-transfer or credit card. US and international customers can pay via credit card No money changes hands until I've verified availability.

Shipping

I'm happy to ship worldwide. Within Canada I use Intelcom/Dragonfly for most destinations, and Canada Post for rural and remote addresses. US shipments go across the border via courier and then by USPS Media Mail. International shipments go primarily via PostNL. All orders ship with tracking and insurance.

Condition grading

I grade conservatively. When I say Very Good, I mean it. A detailed condition description accompanies every listing, and photos are available on request for any book. If a book arrives and is not as described, return it within 30 days for a full refund.

Response time

I'm based in Aurora, Ontario (Eastern Time). I typically respond within a few hours during business hours, and often sooner. If I'm unable to check inventory immediately, I'll acknowledge your inquiry and follow up with full details as soon as I can.
